However, the challenges of accessing the right level of funding, finding the right property in the right place, especially for people living with disabilities, can be disempowering.
Vertika strives to provide ease and comfort of everyday urban living through the next generation of smart homes—their Vertical Villages. With ongoing support, Vertika aims to help everyone live the life they desire.
The Challenge
To showcase Vertika’s vision for the future of urban living, their CEO Khoder Daher turned to Empti Studio to craft a brand that highlights the quality of their properties but removes the coldness of the typical real estate sales pitch.
Vertika was setting a new standard for accessible urban living and our challenge was to communicate this unique value proposition to the world. To do this, the brand underwent a head-to-toe transformation. Starting with its name.
The Solution
Through the brand strategy phase, the former 'All SDA' was renamed to the more simple and elegant 'Vertika', inspired by the Vertical Village model. This allowed them to coin the phrase "Vertika Village".
The quality and care that is inherent within the brand’s DNA are also conveyed through a warm and soulful color palette. Bold geometric shapes are paired with beautiful photography of people living within vibrant communities, evoking a sense of optimism and excitement for this reimagined future.
Ultimately, bold, welcoming and alive with energy—these are the sentiments that Vertika radiates.
The result? A brand that reimagines urban living today by creating the Vertical Villages of tomorrow—opening doors, shaping communities and forging a path to a better way of life.
